目前在搭建3fs集群时，为了能够发挥集群的最佳性能，碰到了下面两个问题：
1、搭建3fs集群的最佳实践（存储服务、元服务和管理服务各自的节点数）
2、3fs集群是否支持动态扩缩容，扩缩容时是否影响数据的存取
