When compiling code repositories located in the Windows file system using WSL, the default case-insensitive nature of the Windows file system causes #include “ifaddrs.h” to prioritize finding common/net/IfAddrs.h.

Changing it to #include <ifaddrs.h> will prioritize searching for header files in the system path.
