I used admin_cli and admin token to run the cmds in remove_target_cmd.txt, but when I run the cmd with prefix remove-target, I got the error shown that:

Encounter error: 4030(Storage: TargetStateInvalid)
remove failed: target is still in a chain! {"targetId": 10100010101, "vChainId: {"chainId": 900100010, "chainVer": 3}", "localState": "OFFLINE", "publicState": "OFFLINE", "chainId": 900100010, ...}

And I try to shutdown-all-chains, it may not success to remove chains.

I hope to receive a detailed guide.

I got err:

Encounter error: 7004(StorageClient::RoutingError)
creation of this target is prohibited {"targetId": 101000100101, "publicState": "LASTSRV"}
