According to the README.md, it requires Hopper GPUs. Is it a hard restriction due to some hopper-only features like NVLS?

The intranode kernels can support Ampere GPUs (tested internally with A100 NVLink connections, PCIe not working). Support may be added later.
For internode kernels, I think there is no limitation on our code, but we never tested it.
