I'm trying to use DeepEP on an EFA interface in a cluster with AWS p5en.xlarge(H200) instances.
Since all the examples of DeepEP are based on InfiniBand interfaces, is there a way to run DeepEP on an EFA interface?

Do you have any plans to support the EFA interface in the future?

@sphish commented on GitHub (Aug 21, 2025):

DeepEP is developed based on NVSHMEM IBGDA, and IBGDA does not support EFA. Therefore, adding EFA support would be hard. I suggest using https://github.com/perplexityai/pplx-kernels as an alternative to DeepEP.
