电脑配置：13代i5 + 16GB
我在本地部署了deepseek:8b。推理时，吃了内存20GB，但是CPU吃不满只有45%，速度很慢。同时部署70b的模型，CPU也吃不满。
是否有方法吃满CPU，从而提升速度？
或者有什么方法提升速度？
