Steps:

  1. User states: "Today is 2025-08-02".
  2. Model responds with false timestamps (e.g., 2024-07-19).
  3. Error persists after 3+ corrections.

Impact:

  • Renders model unusable for legal/financial applications.
  • Violates GDPR Article 5(1)(d) (accuracy principle).

Demand:

  • Hotfix release within 72h.
  • Public post-mortem report.
