Add a new section "System Prompts and Expected Prompt Format" to README.md.

System Prompts: Describe the system prompts used for the R1 distilled models, including examples for general prompts, math problem prompts, code generation prompts, and reasoning task prompts.
Expected Prompt Format: Provide examples of the expected prompt format for interacting with the R1 distilled models, including general inquiries, math problems, code generation, and reasoning tasks.
