📄 Description

Added a French translation of the README.md file as README_fr.md inside the i18n folder. This will help French-speaking users to better understand the project.

Hopefully other people will translate the README.md into different languages and put their versions in the same folder.

I also added a section to the original README.md file to be able to easily switch the language
