请评价下毛主席：返回空字符串

有些返回BadRequestError: Error code: 400 - {'detail': 'Content Exists Risk'}，有些返回空字符串，能不能统一下？
而且api调用文档说400是【请求体格式错误】，太随意了。

感觉前者是输入拦截，后者是输出拦截
使用体验确实感觉内容筛选太过保守了，诸如一些明显正确但与政治略有相关的输出都会被拦截，当然也可以理解为保全的做法

应该都是调用第三方安全审核，输入输出都要审核，据说一般是3~10个审核供应商多重审核。
