I have a question about the relationship between Janus-Pro and JanusFlow. From my understanding:

  1. The main difference between them lies in the image generation part:

    • Janus-Pro uses next-token prediction
    • JanusFlow uses flow matching

  2. What I'd like to know is:

    • If we apply Janus-Pro's training strategies and data scale to JanusFlow, how much improvement could we expect?
    • Would it be possible for JanusFlow to outperform Janus-Pro under these conditions?
