Hi, thank you for your amazing work.

I’m trying to build a variation of Janus, but I’m having trouble determining when to train the Gen Encoder.

According to the paper, the Gen Encoder appears to remain frozen throughout all training stages.

Does this mean that the encoder is never trained?

I would appreciate any clarification on this matter.
