Add bilingual integration guide for using DeepSeek V4 models inside GitHub Copilot on VS Code, via the DeepSeek V4 for Copilot Chat extension.

Changes

  • README.md / README.zh-CN.md — add GitHub Copilot entry to the table

The guide covers:

  1. Install the extension from VS Code Marketplace
  2. Get a DeepSeek API key
  3. Configure via DeepSeek: Set API Key
  4. Select DeepSeek V4 Pro / Flash from the Copilot Chat model picker
  5. Optional: Thinking Effort control and Vision Proxy setup

Follows the existing format and sits alongside Claude Code, OpenCode, and OpenClaw.
