Summary

Adds a Simplified Chinese Kilo Code guide for configuring DeepSeek as a provider in the Kilo Code CLI.

This PR covers:

installing the Kilo Code CLI with npm
verifying the CLI installation with kilo --version
launching Kilo Code from a project directory
using /connect to add the built-in DeepSeek provider
entering a DeepSeek API key
using /models to select a DeepSeek model
adding screenshots for each step of the Kilo Code setup flow
adding Kilo Code to the Simplified Chinese README guide index

README.zh-CN.md: adds Kilo Code to the Simplified Chinese guide table.
docs/kilo_code.zh-CN.md: adds the Simplified Chinese Kilo Code integration guide.
docs/assets/kilo_code_step_*.png: adds screenshots used by the guide.

Notes

This is the Simplified Chinese companion to the English Kilo Code guide PR. It is submitted separately so the translation can be reviewed independently.

The screenshot assets are included in this branch so the Chinese guide renders independently when reviewed on its own. If the English PR is merged first, this branch may only need a simple rebase because both PRs use the same asset filenames.

Verification

Confirmed the guide follows the structure used by the existing Simplified Chinese guides.
Confirmed the Kilo Code CLI install command: npm install -g @kilocode/cli.
Confirmed /connect is the provider setup command and /models is the model selection command in Kilo Code CLI documentation.
Verified all screenshot assets are valid PNG files.
Reviewed the Simplified Chinese README link and relative image paths locally.
