📄 Description

Added a new Cursor integration guide in both English and Simplified Chinese, and linked it from the main README files.

The new guide explains how to use deepseek-cursor-proxy with Cursor, including:

downloading ngrok on Windows from the official zip package page
configuring the authtoken
optionally testing ngrok with ngrok http 8080
stopping the temporary 8080 tunnel after testing
using the URL printed by deepseek-cursor-proxy as the final Cursor Base URL
preferring uv when it is already available, with a Python fallback otherwise

It also makes the setup flow clearer by organizing the steps in a more natural order and aligning the English and Chinese documentation.
