Add NextClaw to the guide list and provide English and Simplified Chinese setup guides.

Summary:

  • Add NextClaw entries to README.md and README.zh-CN.md.
  • Add docs/nextclaw.md and docs/nextclaw.zh-CN.md.
  • Cover npm installation, Web UI provider setup, DeepSeek V4 model selection from Chat, and first run.

Notes:

  • NextClaw exposes DeepSeek V4 models after the DeepSeek provider is saved.
  • This guide keeps model selection in the Chat UI instead of requiring default-model configuration.
