📄 Description

This PR adds a bilingual integration guide for ToCodex, an open-source enterprise-grade general-purpose AI coding agent (available as a desktop app, VS Code extension, and CLI).

What's included

  • docs/tocodex.md (English) and docs/tocodex.zh-CN.md (简体中文)
  • Three screenshots in docs/assets/ (provider selector, DeepSeek key config, model selection)
  • Table entries added alphabetically in both README.md and README.zh-CN.md (between Reasonix and WorkBuddy)

Highlights

  • DeepSeek is a built-in, top-listed provider in ToCodex — users only need to fill in their API key; ToCodex auto-fetches models, specs, and pricing.
  • Uses the current deepseek-v4-pro / deepseek-v4-flash model naming.
  • Documents full 1M-token context support and adjustable reasoning effort.
  • Notes that legacy deepseek-chat / deepseek-reasoner are being deprecated.

Follows the CONTRIBUTING.md guidelines (bilingual guides, alphabetical ordering, single tool per PR).
