Adds an integration guide for AgenticFlowX — a spec-driven AI coding extension for VS Code with chat-first workflows, Code / Explore / Spec modes, and DeepSeek as a built-in provider.

Links:

This PR adds English + Simplified Chinese guides, four screenshots, and README table entries in both README.md and README.zh-CN.md (inserted alphabetically, before AstrBot).
