This PR adds integration guides for octo-agent, an open-source general-purpose AI agent.

Changes:

  • Add docs/octo-agent.md (English)
  • Add docs/octo-agent.zh-CN.md (Simplified Chinese)
  • List octo-agent in both README.md and README.zh-CN.md

The guide covers installation, DeepSeek API key setup, OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible endpoint configuration, TUI / one-shot / local server usage, permission modes, and MCP/Skills extensions.
