📄 Description

Adds Nika with its integration guide (docs/nika.md), following the house guide format (install → configure DeepSeek provider → author → run).

Nika is an intent-as-code workflow engine in a single Rust binary (AGPL-3.0); DeepSeek is a first-class provider in its catalog (model: deepseek/deepseek-chat, key from DEEPSEEK_API_KEY). The guide's workflow was proven against the shipped binary before submission: nika check audits it clean (schema, permits, cost) with zero tokens spent.

The guide teaches commands only and links docs.nika.sh for depth — no version-pinned counts that rot. I'm happy to add a zh-CN twin if wanted.
