Adds a new guide for integrating RedCode with DeepSeek V4 models.

RedCode is a Chinese-native AI coding agent forked from OpenCode, with DeepSeek-first tuning, prefix-cache optimization, and multi-model support across terminal and desktop.

Changes:

  • Add \docs/redcode.md\ (English)
  • Add \docs/redcode.zh-CN.md\ (Simplified Chinese)
  • Update \README.md\ and \README.zh-CN.md\ tables with RedCode entry
