Summary

Correct outdated Reasonix CLI requirements and commands against Reasonix main-v2 (69d0944e6) and npm 1.19.3.
Replace the implicit first-run wizard and legacy config.json guidance with reasonix setup, config.toml, and the shared global credential .env.
Replace obsolete /pro and /preset max commands with /model and /effort max.
Add complete desktop installation, DeepSeek Official provider setup, project opening, session creation, model selection, and troubleshooting instructions.
