Adds a Cursor integration guide (English + Chinese):

  • docs/cursor.md / docs/cursor.zh-CN.md — configure Cursor with DeepSeek (deepseek-v4-pro / deepseek-v4-flash) via the OpenAI-compatible API
  • README tool table entry for Cursor (alphabetical order)
