Summary

This PR expands the Hermes Agent guide with:

Windows native install (PowerShell path + desktop app notes) — previously Linux/macOS/WSL2 only
Model selection table (deepseek-v4-pro vs deepseek-v4-flash with practical guidance)
Real-world usage pattern: skills + cron jobs + human-in-the-loop, with a concrete open-source pipeline example

All additions come from daily real-world usage of Hermes Agent with DeepSeek models on Windows (voice-driven, Chinese, background automation).

About the author

Independent developer running a fully automated content-production agent on DeepSeek (planning brain) + Hermes (harness). GitHub: @xiaozhang-iu.

I would also love to apply for the DeepSeek Harness beta — real-world agent workload (daily autonomous production pipelines), happy to sign the NDA and provide structured feedback.
