Adds an integration guide for San — an open-source terminal agent runtime in one 12 MB Go binary, zero runtime deps, no Node.js or Python.

DeepSeek is a built-in provider in San, so setup is API-key-only: no OpenAI-compatible endpoint to hand-configure, and the V4 limits and reasoning-effort ladder come preset.

EN + zh-CN guides in this PR; README rows inserted alphabetically in both.
