📄 Description

Adds DSH Cloud to the tools table with a bilingual guide, per CONTRIBUTING:

  • docs/dsh_cloud.md + docs/dsh_cloud.zh-CN.md submitted together in one PR
  • README table rows added to both README.md and README.zh-CN.md, in alphabetical order (between DeepSeek-TUI and GitHub Copilot)
  • Model naming uses current names only (deepseek-v4-pro / deepseek-v4-flash; no deprecated deepseek-chat), and the guide notes the 1M-token context window
  • Config examples point at https://api.deepseek.com/v1 per the current API docs

About the tool: DSH Cloud (repo, site) is an open-source platform that turns DeepSeek Harness into a multi-user product — accounts, credit metering, a server-side model gateway (the DeepSeek API key stays on the server), and per-session cloud agent workspaces. The guide covers both paths: connecting a stock DeepSeek Harness install via npx dsh-plugin-cloud setup, and self-hosting the whole platform with your own DeepSeek API key.

Disclosure: I maintain DSH Cloud. The platform is source-available and free to self-host; the hosted service is commercial.
