Add a bilingual (EN / 简体中文) integration guide for AtomCode, an open-source Rust terminal AI coding agent that connects to any OpenAI-compatible API, including DeepSeek.

Changes:

docs/atomcode.md + docs/atomcode.zh-CN.md — install (official script / npm / Homebrew), DeepSeek provider config in ~/.atomcode/config.toml (deepseek-v4-pro / deepseek-v4-flash, 1M context window, reasoning_effort = "max"), first run and model switching
README.md + README.zh-CN.md — table entry inserted in alphabetical order
