add English and Simplified Chinese DeepSeek Harness integration guides for SandBase Harness
document installation, MCP configuration, first run, troubleshooting, and backend-dependent isolation
use current DeepSeek V4 naming and mention the 1M context / maximum reasoning guidance without inventing provider-specific keys
add both alphabetically ordered README table entries
