What

Adds the MindOS Desktop integration guide — English (docs/mindos_desktop.md) and Simplified Chinese (docs/mindos_desktop.zh-CN.md) in a single PR — plus the tool entry in both README tables (alphabetical order, after LobeHub).

MindOS Desktop is a free, local-first Windows desktop AI coding assistant powered by a built-in Codex engine.

Checklist (CONTRIBUTING.md)

• Bilingual: EN + zh-CN guides in one PR; README entries inserted alphabetically in both README.md and README.zh-CN.md
• Model naming: no deprecated V3 names; the guide selects the DeepSeek-V4 model exposed by the app (deepseek v4.1 flash)
• 1M context: prose states DeepSeek-V4 supports up to 1M tokens, and MindOS configures the engine with a 1,000,000-token context window by default
• Max thinking: Medium / High / Max reasoning-effort selector documented; Max recommended for complex tasks
• Config verified in the running app: install from GitHub Releases → Settings → Model → deepseek v4.1 flash → Connect & verify (API base defaults to https://api.deepseek.com/v1)
• No pricing table included
• Screenshots in docs/assets/ with descriptive filenames (~49 KB and ~100 KB)

Note on the model name: the app currently exposes its DeepSeek-V4 model as deepseek v4.1 flash. Happy to adjust the wording if you prefer a different display convention.
