Adds hippoxOS — an LLM-native operating system by HippoxHQ (Windows/macOS/Linux) with 6 built-in subsystems: general chat, audio/video editing, code editor, financial data analysis, geographic information analysis, and 3D sandbox. Repo & releases: https://github.com/HippoxHQ/hippoxOS

• docs/hippoxOS.md + docs/hippoxOS.zh-CN.md (one tool, one PR, both languages)
• Table entries inserted in alphabetical order in README.md and README.zh-CN.md (between Hermes and Kilo Code)
• Guide covers install → run → connect DeepSeek provider → select model → usage stats; uses the current provider flow (pick DeepSeek in the LLM model configuration drawer, paste your DeepSeek API Key), documents model selection with built-in availability detection, and per-user usage statistics; no pricing claims
• Highlights the code editor's diff-view change control (changes are shown before/after and only applied after user confirmation, keeping developers in full control of the codebase) and the self-developed NLE engine that lets the LLM operate directly on the timeline
