这段内容本质上是用于约束模型输出质量与完整性的普通提示词（prompt engineering / output guardrail），其目的仅为避免模型复述乱码、损坏文本或异常解析内容，并不包含违规、攻击、绕过、安全利用或恶意行为。

我理解平台需要进行安全风控，但此次封禁疑似属于误判。
