📄 Description

Adds Reasonix (MIT) to AI Agent frameworks, with a detail page at docs/reasonix/README.md and entries in README.md / README_cn.md.

Reasonix is a coding agent built around DeepSeek: one Go binary with a terminal UI, a desktop app, a browser UI and ACP for Zed/JetBrains. It keeps the prompt prefix byte-stable across turns so DeepSeek's prefix cache keeps hitting on long sessions.

Updated 2026-09-28: the entry now describes the current Go implementation (the original April text described an earlier TypeScript version) and is rebased on main.
