Add WorldLoom to the applications list.

WorldLoom is an AI-driven multi-world text adventure RPG that supports DeepSeek and other LLMs for opening generation, story progression, action options, character state updates, NPC memory, and dynamic situation tracking.

This update adds:

  • WorldLoom entry to all README language variants
  • English and Chinese documentation pages under docs/Worldloom
  • WorldLoom app icon asset
