📄 Description

This adds qq-ai-bot under IM Application Plugins.

Why it fits:

  • it is a self-hosted QQ ↔ AI bot scaffold for OneBot 11 / NapCat / LLOneBot
  • it supports ACP-compatible agents, so it works well as a QQ-facing integration layer for DeepSeek-backed local agents
  • the public repo already documents persistent sessions, progress streaming, /metrics, and a Docker demo stack

I updated the English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish README files to match the repo's multilingual structure for this section.
