Adds CourseRaptor to the Applications section.

CourseRaptor is an open-source, local-first campus AI assistant for university students: query timetables, grades, exams and academic affairs announcements through natural language, powered by the DeepSeek API (Vercel AI SDK tool loop, 31 tools). Credentials are encrypted on-device (AES-256-GCM) with zero telemetry; terminal TUI, web UI and a QQ bot share one agent.

Entry follows the existing table format (external logo link, same as the One API entry). Happy to adjust wording or move the entry if a different section fits better.
