📄 Description

Adds DeepSeek Toolbox to the Browser Extensions tables in English and Simplified Chinese, with a short project page, icon, source link, and Chrome Web Store installation link.

DeepSeek Toolbox is a free, GPL-3.0-only Chrome extension for chat.deepseek.com. It adds folders, pinned messages, a prompt library, prompt chains, chat export, and bulk deletion.

Scope note: this is an enhancement of the DeepSeek web interface, not a client for the DeepSeek API. I am proposing it alongside the existing web-interface browser tools; please assess whether it fits this list's scope. Optional prompt enhancement uses a separate hosted service and is not presented as a DeepSeek API integration.

I am the extension's author.

Validation: checked the added local documentation and icon paths, reviewed both table entries, and ran git diff --check.
