Adds DeepSeek CLI to Applications in README and README_cn.

DeepSeek CLI is a blazing-fast, lightweight command-line client and terminal coding assistant for DeepSeek-V3 and DeepSeek-R1 reasoning models written in pure Rust.

Key features:

  • Real-time streaming of DeepThink (R1 reasoning tokens) in a dedicated styled block
  • Interactive REPL with command history, multiline support, and session markdown export
  • Stdin piping (e.g. git diff | deepseek) and multi-file context attachments (-f)
  • Single static binary with zero runtime dependencies
