📄 Description

Two fixes found by deploying deploy/proxmox/wolf on a live Proxmox host (NVIDIA RTX 5080), both needed for a clean deploy:

Dynamic libicu (Dockerfile) — wolf:stable moved to an Ubuntu plucky base (libicu76); the hardcoded libicu72 + non-existent libicu fallback made the Wolf Den image build fail (E: Unable to locate package). Resolve the highest libicuNN soname package present on the base instead. (The SmoothNAS plugin has the same latent bug.)
Bind-source dirs (tmpfiles.d/ + README) — the compose bind-mounts /etc/wolf and /run/wolf from the host; docker-lxc-daemon doesn't auto-create bind sources, so if they're missing lxc-start aborts before init runs and the CT exits immediately with zero logs (a very confusing failure). Ship a tmpfiles.d drop-in and document it as a prerequisite.

Live verification

After these + WOLF_IMAGE=ghcr.io/games-on-whales/wolf-proxmox:latest, Wolf comes up on the PVE host: NVIDIA zero-copy pipeline on renderD128, certs generated, /etc/wolf+/run/wolf identity mounts detected, Wolf Den on :8080 (HTTP 200), sibling WolfPulseAudio container launched via the daemon, mDNS running, and all Moonlight ports (47984/47989/47999/48010/48100/48200) open at the CT's static LAN IP. restarts=0.
