Current issues
WIP, it feels that it's not picking up the refresh rate which results in a "still image". Tested both via our custom compositor and KDE on my dev machine.
On my desktop, switching focus from the nested wayland window that contains Hyprland and the host seems to produce a new frame
But ultimately it's not updating continuosly.. Needs more testing..
How to run it
The Docker image isn't published yet, so either you build it locally from that PR or you download the asset from https://github.com/games-on-whales/gow/actions/runs/18037168007/artifacts/4114763396 unzip it and then
docker image load -i hyprland-linux-amd64.tar(on my machine it loaded up as an image calledlocalhost:5000/hyprland:sha-079aa66).You can either run that with
wolf:stable(make sure to pull latest, I've just pushed a fix for this) by adding a Docker app that launches that image or directly on your host. Assuming you have a Wayland desktop running and Intel/AMD GPU (for Nvidia you need all the extra fluff)🔄 This issue represents a GitHub Pull Request. It cannot be merged through Gitea due to API limitations.
