Per user request, the native dolphin AppImage was not available for use in the ES-DE app

This renames the base-emu/launcher bash scripts to align to ES-DE's es_find_rules.xml
Modifies dolphin-emu to handle args passed from ES-DE
Fixup for dolphin-emu download path (name changed)
Fixup for xenia dl path (file extension changed)
commented out citron (no longer available)
