📄 Description

Repoen of #320 with master as base (as requested).

Small PR for the Steam apps startup.sh to check if environment variable MANGOHUD_CONFIGFILE is already set by Wolf. If the variable is already set it respects the setting and doesn't create a new MangoHud config.

If the environment variable isn't set the behavior is as before, it creates a temporary config and sets position=top-right and no_display.

To make use of this change just set variable in config.toml, e.g.
env = [ 'MANGOHUD_CONFIGFILE=/home/retro/.config/MangoHud/MangoHud.conf' ]
