📄 Description

Complete replacement of the 2022 GoW plugin:

Two-phase install: preinstall checks + GPU detect in Phase 1, full Docker Compose deploy triggered from the settings UI in Phase 2
Deploys Wolf and Wolf Den together via docker-compose.yml written to configurable appdata path (default /mnt/user/appdata/gow)
GPU picker in settings page with live /dev/dri/ scan and lspci labels; auto-selects on single-GPU systems
Persistent udev rules and auto-start injected into /boot/config/go
NVIDIA driver volume built blocking during deploy (with progress output)
wolf-den always deployed alongside wolf; WOLF_SOCKET_TIMEOUT=60 set to handle slow NVIDIA cold-boot
New release.yml workflow builds settings-ui.txz and publishes a GitHub release on date-format tags
Removed: uinput kernel package, nvidia-32-bit-drivers package, kernel-bin/, old build-uinput.yml workflow
Updated DEVELOPING.md for new two-phase dev workflow
