Fixes #28.\nFixes #33.\n\nSummary:\n- publish this same-day hotfix as 2026.05.21a and allow suffixed date tags in the release workflow\n- keep the PLG install/update flow on release-backed assets so script URLs resolve from an existing tag\n- add WOLF_DEN_PORT config, settings UI input, compose port mapping, dashboard links, and deploy output\n- make Reconfigure force the setup form even when an existing Wolf stack is detected\n\nChecks:\n- bash -n scripts/vars.sh scripts/preinstall.sh scripts/install.sh scripts/deploy.sh scripts/uninstall.sh scripts/update.sh utils/fmakepkg.sh\n- python3 XML parse for gow.plg and CA XML files\n- git diff --check\n- bash utils/fmakepkg.sh /tmp/settings-ui-2026.05.21a.txz\n- tar -tf /tmp/settings-ui-2026.05.21a.txz
