Currently Wolf can have gpus globally set through env vars (WOLF_RENDER_NODE and WOLF_ENCODER_NODE) or in the toml file on a per app basis.
In a multi-gpu setup this doesn't allow for a great balancing of each of the gpus. Most likely one gpu will be used more frequently than the other based on the most popular app being used.
@miroth commented on GitHub (Feb 22, 2026):
I started playing around with Wolf a few days ago. Multi GPU would be a huge bonus for my potential use case.
In the meantime, do I understand correctly that, since I can have profile.apps configured for each user/profile....doesn't that mean I can at least "assign" GPUs to different users?
