PROBLEM

Unable to setup UID and GID at the app level of the configuration.
Pull #416 allowed the option to set overall variables WOLF_DEFAULT_RUN_UID and WOLF_DEFAULT_RUN_GID, but that would only allow to change the UID and GID at a general level, for all the applications equally.

WHY THE CHANGE

This feature would allow for better management of multiple accounts, allowing to mount user's specific folders without having to deal with changing permission levels for thing to work correctly.

Also, if for some reason you would like to mount a users Steam's compatdata or any wine/proton prefix folder, ownership needs to match, making this necessary for sharing information between a user and his own Wolf session.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

Allow Wolf to read the environmental variable PUID and PGID from config.toml at the app level and passing it on to the container at creation time.
