Currently wolf only supports Steam, but we really need to support more library management option.

This feature is to

Refactor the library so that people can contribute additional library in plugin methodology
Plugin in library code should be self contained to the rest of the wolfmanager code
Be able to correctly manage the library files
Securely Store and credentials for the user into the Default.toml
