📄 Description

This merge replace the polling behavior in the clients page to now use server site events so that were no longer hammering the server.

THIS IS BRAKING CHANGE

Must delete .env.local and wolfmanager.db
ensure the wolf.sock is mounted into the container

This also has duplicate clients in wolfmanager by automatically removing on detection and clearing advising you to initiate pairing request
