Summary

remove the prototype designation from the getting-started and architecture documentation
align the contributor guidance with the current distributed control-plane status

Rationale

The distributed control plane was already verified during Kimi K3 training, so the prototype label is stale and understates its current maturity. This PR removes that label without repeating the validation claim throughout the documentation.

Validation

git diff --check
repository-wide search confirms there are no remaining prototype labels for the control plane

Documentation-only change; no runtime tests were required.
