Summary

replace the line-based aenv Dockerfile parser with parse-dockerfile
support multiline RUN instructions and custom escape directives
lower shell, exec-form, bare heredoc, and explicit-command heredoc RUN instructions
ignore legacy MAINTAINER metadata while preserving existing unsupported-instruction behavior
add focused regression coverage for parser directives, multiline commands, and heredocs

Testing
