What

Bump the shared release version from 0.2.2 to 0.2.3 in Cargo.toml and update the agentenv and aenv entries in Cargo.lock.

Why

Prepare the server and CLI package versions for the v0.2.3 release and its tag/version validation.

Three version replacements across two files, following the previous release bump. Dependency versions and runtime code are unchanged.
